The staff was most accommodating. When it was discovered that, after checkout and leaving, very important papers were left behind, a staff member - Viet - took the time after her shift search the trash for these papers. She found them and forwarded them on to us via mail. It is rare to find this kind of dedication to providing service to customers. I will book exclusively at this hotel on future visits and will highly recommend this hotel to others that would be coming to San Francisco. Thank your for your extra effort. John
